Join us to be part of a team that is at the forefront of Oracle innovation, enabling organizations to maximize their return on investment, reduce costs, and solve real-world challenges through cutting-edge Oracle solutions.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectationsYour contribution to the team: Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery. An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.Required Skill and Experience• Experience in Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AP & AR).• Experience in Oracle Apps Technical PL/SQL.• Experience in Oracle Applications Development. • Experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Exadata database and ETL processes development experience.• Experience in Oracle Financials in a corporate environment.• Experience in Accounting and Financial background knowledge.• Experience with General Ledger, Accounts Payables and Fixed Assets preferred.• Experience in Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud Fusion, BIP preferred.• Experience in implementing or supporting Oracle BIP and OBIEE.Preferred Skill and Experience• Experience working on Oracle Fusion cloud ERP system is a plus.• Experience with ETL, large relational databases.• Experience with data analysis and reporting.• Experience in Unix Shell scripting skills.Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
