1. Perform bathing and grooming services for pets, including but not limited to brushing, haircuts, nail trimming, and ear cleaning.

3. Stay informed about breed standards and specific grooming requirements for different pet breeds.
4. Provide value-added services, such as spa treatments, de-shedding, and specialty styling, based on customer preferences.
5. Handle and restrain pets safely and compassionately during grooming procedures.
6. Build strong relationships with pet owners by understanding their preferences and addressing any specific grooming requests.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grooming area, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for pets.
8. Keep accurate records of pet grooming services, appointments, and any health-related observations.
9. Educate pet owners on proper at-home grooming techniques and recommend grooming products.

Qualifications :

3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Ability to handle pets with patience, compassion, and a gentle touch.
5. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high grooming standards.
6. Physical stamina to handle the demands of grooming sessions and lifting pets when necessary.
7. Familiarity with grooming tools and equipment.
