• Competitive salary range: $525,000 - $600,000 (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert maternal-fetal medicine care in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage complex high-risk pregnancies using advanced diagnostics, including ultrasound and genetic testing
• Perform comprehensive MFM procedures and reproductive health services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including OB hospitalists, neonatologists, pediatric specialists, and advanced practice providers
• Support outreach services across regional locations such as Everett and Issaquah
• Contribute to teaching OB/GYN residents and mentoring clinical staff
• Engage in clinical research initiatives and quality improvement projects
• Work within a state-of-the-art facility featuring a 70+ bed NICU and PICU

What You Need:

• Valid medical license in Washington State
• Board certified (or eligible) in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Minimum of 2 years of MFM experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic skills in ultrasound, genetic testing, and fetal procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
