• License/Certifications: Valid unrestricted medical license in Colorado or eligible for licensure

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (commensurate with experience and full-time salary range of $620,000–$688,000/year)

What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient clinic services and perform surgeries in a dedicated orthopedic operating room
• Consult with patients, follow up on cases, and document patient encounters accurately
• Collaborate with a team of orthopedic surgeons and support staff for high-volume, high-quality patient care
• Participate in outpatient and inpatient orthopedic procedures, including trauma cases
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment including robotics, arthroscopy tools, and in-house X-ray systems
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and patient education
• Contribute to quality assurance, clinical protocols, and continuous improvement efforts

What You Need

• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
• Valid unrestricted medical license in Colorado or willingness to obtain one
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and professional development
