Shift: Overnight (12:00 AM or 1:00 AM Start; approximately 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM End)
Starting Pay: $13.00 per Hour

Role Summary

As a Production Team Member, you will play a critical role in supporting our bakery operations and helping ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of our products. This position is responsible for supporting production, finishing, packaging, product handling, staging, and loading activities while supporting food safety, quality, productivity, and company standards. You will work as part of a team to help maintain a safe, productive, and positive work environment.

This is a Full-Time position reporting to the Production Supervisor and the General Manager at our bakery facility in Chattanooga, TN.

Shift Opening:

Overnight (12:00 AM Start; approximately 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM End)

Scheduled days may vary based on production needs and may include weekends, holidays, and overtime opportunities. Team members must be available to work any day of the week, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily production operations in accordance with company standards and production schedules
• Package, inspect, label, and prepare finished bakery products for distribution
• Perform finishing activities to ensure products meet quality and appearance standards
• Stage, organize, and load finished products for shipment and delivery
• Move products, ingredients, and materials safely throughout the facility using approved procedures and equipment as trained
• Operate equipment and perform assigned production tasks safely and efficiently
• Monitor product quality and report any safety, quality, or operational concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in compliance with GMP and food safety requirements
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and customer demand
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform job-related physical activities throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, food processing, packaging, warehouse, shipping, loading, or related environments preferred but not required
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a food production, manufacturing, warehouse, or bakery environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, or industry best practices preferred
• Ability to adapt and learn new processes
