Seeking Property Accountant to join the team, Interviews begin 3/16/15, apply now!Job DescriptionProperty AccountantJob Summary: Prepares monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements/reportingpackages, and performs a wide variety of accounting analysis.Responsibilities:Performs a wide variety of accounting functions including: Prepare month-end closing and quarterly financial statements. Prepare journal entries and maintain workpapers Analyze and explain significant budget variances Prepare annual budgets and reforecasts Prepare CAM and Real Estate Tax reconciliations Prepare Workpapers and other information for auditors Analyze available cash position of real estate projects Assist management with special projects Analyze closing/financing documents to identify applicable accounting treatmentfor the transactionsQualificationsQualifications Demonstrated ability to work independently on assigned responsibilities and meetdeadlines.
