SMT Operator

Volt is immediately hiring a SMT Operator in Lake Forest, CA!

As a SMT Operator you will:

• Knows feeder type and pitch
• Knows thru hole vs SMT components
• Knows how to adjust rotation on the machine for components feeders and sticks
• Pin one assignment on all polarized components
• Understand the origin of board and can adjust if needed.
• Can create a program from 0 with Bom and drawing.
• Knows how to pull datasheets and determine polarity on Diodes, Led diodes
• Knows how to adjust program for alignment using fiducials or origin points

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of recent experience with SMT
• SMT experience in manufacturing setting
• Machining experience is a plus but not mandatory
• High school diploma or vocational schooling is a plus but not mandatory

This is a Full-Time, Contract opportunity.

Shift: 2nd Shift

Location: Lake Forest, CA

Duration: 3 Months

Pay Range: $25-$30/hr.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
