Physical Therapy Assistant
Location: Prescott, AZ
Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners
Pay: $1,162 to $1,362 per week
Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Arizona license required for submission or candidate must have already applied and be able to provide an ETA for license approval.

Assignment Details

• 32 hours per week.
