Experienced Finish Caulker – WaterproofingWe are hiring experienced Finish Caulkers to join our Waterproofing team. This is not an entry-level position — previous finish caulking experience is required.We are looking for skilled caulkers who take pride in producing clean, professional finished work.ResponsibilitiesPerform professional finish caulking on commercial and residential projectsApply sealants around joints, windows, doors, expansion joints, penetrations, and other building componentsRemove and replace existing caulking and sealants as neededProperly prepare and clean surfaces before applicationProduce clean, consistent, finished caulk linesFollow project specifications and manufacturer requirementsMaintain a clean and safe work areaFollow all company and jobsite safety requirementsRequirementsMust have previous experience with finish caulkingExperience with waterproofing and sealant applications preferredAbility to produce clean, professional-quality finished workComfortable working on active construction sitesReliable transportation and dependable attendanceAbility to work safely from ladders, lifts, and elevated areas as requiredAbility to work outdoors in Florida weather conditionsExperienced Subcontractors WelcomeExperienced caulking/waterproofing subcontractors and established crews are also encouraged to contact us regarding available opportunities.If you have finish caulking experience and are looking for steady work, we want to hear from you.
