You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.What you will be doingAs a key part of the Commercial Building Services (CBS) USA team, you'll create impact by Building lasting partnerships with distributors, consulting engineers, and contractors while growing Grundfos market share through expert technical guidance and compelling solution selling. This position will be Hybrid out of the Brookshire, Texas site. Your main responsibilities include:Act as the go-to technical resource for distributors, consulting engineers, contractors, and end users by providing expert guidance on product selection, application engineering, and troubleshooting for HVAC and plumbing systemsDeliver compelling product presentations and technical training sessions that communicate Grundfos' value proposition and drive sales through our partner networkManage and grow customer accounts to increase market share and share of wallet, building long-lasting relationships across the RegionRegister and manage opportunities, quotations, and revenue pipeline in our global CRM tool, supporting Regional Managers with sales analytics via SAP BWContinuously develop expertise in commercial building HVAC, plumbing, and control systems, including emerging innovations to recommend optimal solutions to customersWhat makes you a great fitAbove all, you are a technically sharp sales professional with a talent for translating complex pumping and HVAC solutions into clear customer value, backed by strong relationship-building skills and a drive to grow market share. We would also imagine that you have:Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a technical field. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation and benefits package for employees.
